I babysit a two year old. I'm 8 months post operation and I'm 39 pounds away from the surgeon's goal. Here's a look at my Breakfast this morning. His plate has the orange fork. He cleaned his plate while I was barely able to get in half of mine.

Please please try to remember your vitamins. I have MS and battle memory issues. Since our and is already shocked from the drastic change in nutrients, we need the vitamins. My hair started coming out. Even though I was warned, PT was still devastating to see. Good luck.
I'm 35 had the sleeve 7 months ago. I've lost a total 187 pounds for the year. Very quickly. I hate lose skin inner thighs I have wings under my arms but my tummy is ok
Yep. I see it. I must share with you that it is still pretty weird for me every single time I see my reflection. It's just not who I think I am. I wasn't prepared for that.
I am 7 months out. I hate the taste of protein shakes. I was spitting and throwing up for the first 5 months. Potassium levels low. Can't get in enough protein. My hair started coming out by handfuls 6 months out. I measure my food on a saltiness cracker. Now I can eat eggs scrambled and I add cheese. I still can only eat what's on the cracker though. If I make fish I'll eat fish only then two hours later if I'm hungry I'd eat a tablespoon of the side item. If I make shrimp (21-30count) I can slowly eat 3. I've discovered that I can eat sushi the cooked stuff. Shrimp tempura roll I can have almost two pieces at a time. Good luck. Hope it helps. Please know that I've learned that this surgery gives very unique experiences.

I'm 7months post and mine started falling out at month 6. I cut it low.stress is a factor as well as nutrition. They said I need to get protein in. Good luck
I think it could be fun to buy out of season items on sale. Buy in smaller sizes. Good luck. My advice is to walk as much as possible after surgery. It's the only way to get rid of gas pains.
