215.8 for me today. I'm really backed up and have to do some mag citrate tonight though so I'll probably loose a zillion pounds by tomorrow lol

I'm late cuz I got sidetracked yesterday but I'm 215.4 this week.

Weighing in at 221.2 this morning :-) I'm now officially smaller than I was when I was on phentermine! I can't remember the last time I was this small. Crazy! I'll be 4 weeks post op on Monday.

Is there more than one hospital in Murfreesboro? Like I said I'm new to the area and since my surgery was in Alabama I don't know what's available in Tennessee. Oh, and where is the hospital that has the support groups? Thanks!

I've got a great online support system but its not the same as having physical support. Plus with me being new to the area it would be nice to know someone. I've got my final semester of college starting on the 16th so this will be an interesting journey for sure :-)

Is that in Nashville? I'm still new to the Murfreesboro area, and I just wrecked my car so I'm not sure if I'll have one when I come back home cuz we're trying to fix it this weekend and next.

Does anyone go to support groups in Murfreesboro? I was sleeved 12/16 in Alabama and will be returning home to Murfreesboro around the 12th. I'd like to have a support group chose to where I live. I know there are a couple of bariatric surgeons in Murfreesboro so I'm hoping they have support groups as well. Thanks!

I'd like to join but seeing as though I'll be 2.5 weeks out on the 3rd I have no realistic expectations of what I will/won't lose. Do you plan these around every holiday?

I've literally done nothing but walk. I did 60 laps in the hospital, done 0.5 miles of walking outside of the normal walking everyday and this gas is just super stubborn and won't go any where. Other than the gas I'm doing ok. Mild incision pains, and sore stomach but luckily nothing major yet :-)

I was sleeved on the 16th by Dr. Maliapur at Huntsville hospital. Yesterday was by far the worst day yet. I can't seem to get this gas to leave my body and I've tried everything! Hope you all are doing well!

Hope all of my fellow 16th sleevers.are doing well. I can't tolerate cold or room temperature liquids which makes me sad because that includes jello :-( other than that just tightness in my chest and soreness in my stomach. I did really well at the hospital walked 60 laps and they only required 20. It definitely helped with my gas pain. I need to walk more here at home but I'm not as energetic as I was on those pain meds haha. I'm still trying to figure out how much my tummy can hold. Hope everyone is doing well!

When I did that it took away the calculations. I'm not using excel I'm using open office so its a bit different and can be kind of a pain but spreadsheets work better for me.

Yea I've used it before but its confusing and frustrating for me and I'd like to have all my information into an excel spread sheet. I don't want to "reinvent the wheel" by making a spread sheet if someone has a great one already.

Hi all, I was sleeved on 12/16/13 and I'm currently looking for charts and spreadsheets to use to track weight, Fluid intake, Protein intake. medicines, etc. All of the beginning stuff that a recently sleeved person would need. I've found one chart in the topic of Measures, Measures, Measures but my computer doesn't seem to like it and wont let me do some of the necessary changes. Is there a way that I can find charts and spread sheets people have already set up? I'd hate to make a new one and have it be so-so (my excel is a bit rusty) then to have one that wors really well that someone has already made. Thanks! Krys

December 16th here. Not sure what all to say. I'm almost 26, in college, and just ready for this to be over with the back and forth in my head is killing me.

Also the 16th :-) 3 ish days :-\ too many emotions!

Also make sure with your doctor that what you're taking to head of the cold is allowed. Mine is the 16th and I'm not allowed aspirin,NSAID's, multivitamins and a long list of other things. Your doctor might not have the same requirements but it would suck to have to reschedule because you were trying so hard not to.

I was denied on April 30th from BCBS Federal because 3 weights out of my 2 year history went below a 40 BMI (the lowest was 38.1) but this was because I was on phentermine at the time. My parents insisted that they help me write this denial letter (my mom works with insurance companies for a living) and I'm grateful for their help but it is going on a month and a half and I'm still twiddling my thumbs waiting for them to help me. My insurance runs out in January so I don't have a whole lot of time to get this surgery done because I have to fit it in during breaks from school. Does anyone have any tips on how to write this appeal letter? I feel like if I don't do this myself it will never get finished. Thanks
