    Don't worry hang in there. You might feel like that now and that was me last week. but I really does get better. Remember why you did this and everyday does get better. I get my staples out tomorrow and an very excited to change my diet. It's been hard but I know that at the end of the rainbow there's a pot of gold waiting for me. You can do this remember that.

    I'm 6 days out and was fine till today I have cramps. Like period cramps but I already had my period the week before surgery so it can't be that. And I'm super tired any ideas what it could be?

    I'm 6 days out and have weighted myself twice only because I don't want to drive myself crazy if I don't see the scale move. You will do fine just don't weigh yourself ever day.

    I tried Mexican tea Yerba buena tea they sell it at the market. If you go to a Mexican market they have it in individual tea bag. This worked wonders hope this helps someone!

    May 9th sleeved, had problems with nausea and bad gas cramps and pressure. Still not feeling to we'll but I hope as the days go on I will pull myself together. :/

    So far today I haven't felt nauseous. I'm pretty sore but not taking any meds at all. We will see how the rest of the day goes

    Same here I had surgery yesterday and have pain and nausea. It sucks I don't know what else to do I take the medication they have me for both but they are not working

    Yeah I have pain in the same spot I'm 1 day out but nothing else hurts just the top left.
