I'm so glad u posted this !!!! This is my exact fear! I am 200 exactly and my surgery date is set for Jan 5 , everyone tells me I'm not big enough and I'm going to wither away -
So this is my surgery date ..starred taking vitamins already and they make me throw up every day ?? Does anyone have any advise on some that are actually good vitamins besides gummies that don't make you throw up ?
