Not to be too gross , I thought the same thing as you. Just liquids that's probably why no BM . Until it came OMG!!! Was on the toilet for about 45 minutes ! Felt like a brick coming out !! Had to take stool softeners for a couple days . Good luck (I was also on high protein .. Heard this will constipate you . ) -
