    OMG how was I able to eat a whole Big Mac!!!!!! Why do I do this to myself!!!! I didn't feel full, I didn't vomit, and I don't feel sick.... It took me half an hour but I was able to do it! I was sleeved on 1/8/13.... By now I should feel the restriction should I?? Also, yes, poor choice of food but I have to admit, it was delicious!!!!!!

I was nearly venting so do t get this thread twisted! And as far as pleasing my man, that's for me to know and for you to dream about *****!!!

    No it's took me 30 mins... And I had a diet coke right after bc I felt my mouth to be too dry

    Yes I have actually but like you said in moderation... And not the whole item... Like I would have two chicken nuggets with five fries and I am done. On Fridays I treat myself to one snack like ice cream with half a cookie but I don't even finish the whole thing. Sometimes I eat the bread other times I do not it all depends in my mood, and yes, I have lost weight each week since surgey ... Good luck to you

    At Anniemay, sometimes things just happen... You think you will be perfect n not eat something you shouldn't after surgery? Then you are fooling yourself. There will be a day when you will want to eat something n trust me if you are going through a lot of things in your life you will eat it!!! @ amazon, I actually belong to a great support group but thanks for the suggestion I will take it Into consideration.

    yolie, everyone is different. Just bc I was able to eat a whole Big Mac doesn't mean you will....

    No Laura I am serious.... I been down lately and I didn't eat all day and I wanted a Big Mac before surgery n never had it so I had one today... I should of had it without the bread n just ate the protein n veggies but I couldn't resist!

    I have no issues with drinking water or my protein. What I find hard is knowing when I'm full bc I haven't felt the restriction so I dont let myself have more then 3 ounces of food. I'm also mourning food which is messing with my head bc I feel hunger but I think it's all in my head. But we shall get through this!
