I have the body bugg been using it for awhile. I wear it all the time other than showers and don't really notice it. You can link it to MFP, it measures steps, sleep and also has a workout mode on the app -

Don't be frustrated, I have to do a 6 month program I'm on month 3. I was at first because I have been fighting my weight for 35 yrs and I'm ready to be done but Adler I got over my disappointment I decided maybe it's a good thing. This is a life long change, a lot to learn in our new ways of eating. So I'm looking at this time to learn and be as prepared as much as possible and to be very successful in my journey! Good luck!

I think a few people have thought this way and I think it is a normal response more so if your a food addict or "dieting" forever lol I am pre op in month 3 of a 6 month program which among other things I have to lose 30lbs with that being said one of my first thoughts was to make a list of all the places I want to eat before the big day but I also started tracking my food on my fitness pal and making better choices. I have had a few days where I'm way over my calories as I check a place off my list but for the most part with each new day of better choices to want for the over eating on fattening foods starts to go away...just do your best each day, don't beat yourself up..good luck

Hello everyone, I was hoping to be a little more active in the group but I use the app on my phone mostly and it says I dont have permission to view this topic so I have to wait til I get on the computer. Sorry to see its going slow for you Sophia/Brandy I hope it goes quick for you now. I have had 2 of my 6 visits, the medical group Im going thru is very nice, everyone is nice and helpfully. My husband has gone with me to all my appts and classes so he can help me. I have only lost 8 of the 30lbs and having a hard time with hunger so my doctor prescribed me a diet pill, I started it a few days ago and really helps keep me in my daily calorie goal. I cant wait for warmer weather so I can try to get out for a work but work keeps me pretty busy. Hope everyone is doing well also if anyone uses My fitness Pal Im truckerchic on there Wendy

How is this possible?
Truckerchic_M replied to JessicaAnn's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I dont know your relationship with your uncle but I dont think it would be rude to talk to him about it, voice your concern for your health and how you dont want to put your body though this and in a couple years be back to your starting weight...he may be dealing with other issues which got him big in the first place or has gotten use to being smaller has slacked up whatever his reason maybe by you talking to him may help get him back on track and be a support for you..good luck -

Congrats and good luck! -
I'm thinking it's more the fact that regular coffee is a diuretic, it does not count as part of your fluid intake so for every ounce of coffee you should drink that much water extra. This is why in the first month they don't like you to drink things with caffeine because it's a chore for some just to get 64 oz in let alone extra
