Not sure:). Could be gas or heartburn. I had severe pain in my left shoulder while and after eating. I started taking over the counter heartburn meds daily and the pain stopped. No more pain.. -

I love the protein shots! I mix a fruit punch shot with crystal light fruit punch! They are $ 1.99 each. I prefer them over the isopure. Yuck..... -
I had surgery on 1/14/13. I lost 15 lbs on the medifast pre op diet. I lost 5lbs the day of surgery and no weight loss since. So I have lost a total of 20 lbs but none since the day after surgery. I am eating 60 g of protein a day and drinking 48 oz of fluid a day. Is this normal? Starting to feel discouraged:)

I spoke with my dietican and it appears I am doing everything right. She told me to focus on the behaviors and not to panic. No change on the scale but I can see a difference in my clothes. I have lost 4 inches from waist and 3 inches from hips. -

I am post op day 17 and I have not lost any weight. NOT even 1 pound. This morning I am tearful and I feel like I have made a big mistake by having this surgery. I am so disappointed. -

There are no true theories of what does or does not work however when it does happen to you, you are willing to try whatever to get some relief. Good luck to you!

My doctor said I had to wait 5 days but I was able to swollow some gas relief pills and they have more medicine in them than the gas x strips. I tried everything the strips, mirilax, heating pad, rocking, walked 1-2 miles a day...i just wanted to cry. My poor family...we celebrated when i finally was able to pass gas. Who would have thought that would be something to celebrate (Smile)

I am post op 6 day and I am just now feeling better. It was awful. I did not get any relief until I took some MOM. For some reason, I could not fart. I know TMI but I just want you to know I totally understand what you are going through right now. Today is the 1st day I have truly felt better. Hang in there....

HI Enuff. I am scheduled for surgery on Monday, 1/14. I am excited and anxious at the same time. I have been praying throughout this journey and I have felt God' s presence with me. Alliecat, thanks so much for the tips. Right now...I am a big ball of emotions. At times, I feel confident with my decision and my surgeon then I am so worried about post op pain and my new eating habits. I want to be successful and meet my weight loss goals but I have to admit I am nervous and just ready to get it over -

I have to do the Medifast diet for 1 week. No extra food or snacks. No need to record my food if I follow the diet. -

Sounds like a plan! I have only 1 wk of pre-op diet which will begin on Jan. 7. I am a little worried about the pre-op diet because I do a lot of mindless eating and I am worried about eating something before I realized I did it. I am going to try very hard to give 100% to it. -

Hi Tawnie, I am scheduled to be sleeved with Dr. Curry on 1/14/13 as well!!!! This is too cool. I am soooo ready for a new beginning however I am nervous and excited all at the same time. Are you getting sleeved at JourneyLite?
