I wish all the 18th of March sleevers a smooth operation and recovery. I'm the 19th and I'm having chest pains, think they're from my anxiety over the surgery... Debating on writing my beautiful daughter a letter...???

Anyone want to be my March 19, sleeve buddy? Haven't gotten any responses from March Sleevers. :-/. (I feel like I'm in kindergarten ????)

I'm starting all liquids today. :-/ 3 more days to no return.

I am slightly anemic too. They didn't say anything about it other than, "You're a bit anemic." So, I think we're ok as long as it isn't more... I'm the 19th too.

When is your date, if you have one yet?

I'm March 19th too. I'm in So. Cal. Having surgery at USC. Where are you all from and having your surgery?

I'm an official March 19th sleever! Excited but scared crapless! I cried all day today thinking about the "what if's?" I'm looking forward to sharing experiences and pray we all have great surgeries and smooth recoveries. :-)

Does Glutamine come in liquid? Or do you buy pills and crush? Did you take it up to surgery and right after, or wait for 2 weeks? Thanks!

Just called because I'm on pins and needles! I'm finally officially approved. My fear is now real. Anyone getting sleeved next week? Wanna be "buddies?"

Oh boy... I've done everything and haven't been approved. :-/. I was told 2xs that I was only to be told, "oops! Not yet!" Still waiting but all is completed!

Praying for all March 13th sleevers today. yesterday I had my pre-op and although not officially approved after some errors, the hospital says they will... because im not officially approved, my feelings have been more of, I guess, in denial. Yesterday, getting my antibacterial cloths for surgery and doing all the admission papers, it became real. So now I'm not sure about how I feel, super scared?! but I will push through. I'm 5ft 7 inches and a 1/2 and started at 264. I'm at 253 and surgery is first thing at 7:30 am on the 19th. My goal is around 160. I'm looking for a buddy to see my way through and for a little support. I HAVE A WONDERFUL SUPPORTIVE FAMILY, just want a buddy who can relate to what I'm going through. Please message me if you need that too and we are near the same time. Thank you all for all the info I've gotten from this site and for all the tips! God Bless us all!

Thanks Big Daddy Joe. I appreciate the honesty as I'm still debating because it sounds awful and scary but if you say it's manageable, gives me a little hope. Please tell us how you are doing tomorrow. I always appreciate people who tell it like it is. I wish you the best and hope you feel 100% real soon. :-)w

Hey there Kimkai! :-) my pre-op is tomorrow too and I'm not fully approved yet. Still waiting. :-( but they have me doing everything as though I was. :-) IF I'm a go, I'm on the 19th too! It's a bummer not knowing as they 1st said I was and I already celebrated BUT, whatever the outcome, I know it will eventually happen. Staying positive! Keep us posted. :-) And best of luck!

Hi. I'm prepping for surgery and want to buy vitamins I can take. Can we take pills, capsules, etc? I have fish oil pills but they aren't small.. Any recommendations? I currently take biotin, a probiotic, vitamin D, iron, CoQ10, and a multi... Thank a bunch for any help.

Oops. Hit send... Anyway, hire more or they are just organizationally cripple... If I don't call or fax or find out things on my own, NOTHING would get done... It's crazy... But I'm scared of the surgery anyway, so I'm not too bothered... :-)

My surgeons office is the SAME way. Either they are SOOI busy that they should hire more people
