Mary, I'm sorry this thread turned in such a drastic way. Honestly, we all make mistakes and you already said you got back on track after your slip up. Just so you know, I'm a year post op and I make a homemade deep dish pizza. I make the crust with fat free cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and Egg Beaters and then top it with pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, turkey Italian sausage, lean ground beef, mushrooms and etc. My Grandchildren want me to make it when they come in the weekends and they call it MawMaw's pizza, lol. There are ways to make pretty much ANY dish healthy. It'll be ok. Just stay on track early on and you'll eventually be able to have the things you want, just tweaked. Good luck to you!! Hi everyone!! I was sleeved 12/5/12. Today is my Surgiversary. I'm 5'4". I started out at 227 day of surgery. I'm down to 151. My Doctors goal weight for me was 150. Although I'm very pleased with my weight right now, I want to lose 11 more pounds to get to my personal goal and hopefully a size 6. I wear a size 8 pants and medium shirt and they're starting to get a little loose. I absolutely love my sleeve and am so grateful for the quality of life it has given me as well as the health benefits. My primary care physician cannot believe all of the health issues that have disappeared with my weight loss (high blood pressure, low oxygen level, joint pain, asthma, etc)! I'm posting my before pic from the night before surgery and a pic my husband took tonight. All I can say is thank God for the sleeve!

I don't really dress up that often but this is me and my husband and daughter going to my nieces wedding a couple of months ago.

Have you heard of Glucosamine Condroitin? It definitely helps. You can even get it in a liquid form at CVS or Walmart. Take it regularly for a week and you will feel amazing.

OMG, RJ!! How much more can you handle!! I'm so sorry and am praying for relief for you. You've been through so much already.

Mine hasn't come back as of yet. I was responding to BerryChicks post that hers has after a uterine ablation. I had a uterine ablation 3 years ago and I would be TICKED OFF if mine came back, lol.
