BLESS YOUR HEART!!!!!!! I had the exact thing happen to me only my daughter was 15 and felt as embarrassed for me as I did for myself. I had to get off the ride and everyone was looking at me. In my typical nature, I made a joke about it and laughed if off while I was DYING on the inside. Now. Not only did we go to Disney and I rode every ride, we went to a WATERPARK this past week and I proudly rocked a 2 piece. These are HUGE wins which is what I try to remind earlu sleevers of. It is worth EVERY struggle. GO US!!!

I remember needing something to wear to an event and the anxiety of trying on clothes was one of the most dreaded feelings in the world. Today I went to Macys to take advantage of some sales and the entire rack was left with only xs and size 2. I SCORED!!! Who woulda thought. Life is so good.

I chew gum and I drink out of straws and it doesn't seem to really having an affect. I'm always thirsty so I carry a water bottle and it increases my water intake it's a win-win

I had a "food funeral" prior to surgery. I went to my favorite restaurant and ordered all of my favorite foods. We drank, ate and spent nearly $300 for the 2 of us. It now makes me giggle. I still eat all my favorite foods, just in moderation. I don't indulge on the bread basket unless THATS what I want and I typically just eat a little of everything. I do still run through McDonalds on occasion but instead of the Big Mac and extra large fry I get a kids meal.

Went to a fancy party with my hubby which I used to hate. I had an awesome time!!!!

My only regret is that I didn't do this earlier in my life. Congrats to you!!! It's so worth it.

Forgot to mention Surgery date 12/2012 SW 246 Current 109 39 years old I too have 5 children

My goal weight was 125 and I'm now down to 109. I just have days where I can't tolerate anything and even the smell of food makes me nauseous. The best advice I can give you is to eat breakfast. I try to eat cereal or oatmeal and that seems to help me eat more throughout the day. My doc wants me to eat something every 2 hours. I've not gone that route yet. I would like to get back to 115-120ish. Still wouldn't change a thing.

I've has no plastics at all. My skin went back although my inner thighs look rough and no does my tunny. I just wear the bathing suit with the cute little shorts. They come up pretty high.

I was sleeved almost exactly one year before you. I am a size 2 and happier than I've ever been. Hang in there. It's so worth it!!!

Haven't been on here in a while so I thought I would check in. Weight is staying consistent. I'm between 117 (on a super skinny day) and the heaviest I've been is 124. I'm happy and feel great! I did have foot surgery and I can say that I didn't heal as fast as I did in the past. Still wouldn't change a thing. We took my daughter to Disneyland And I RODE ALL THE RIDES!!!!!!! For those of you who don't know me, when I was heavy I had the horrifying experience of a safety belt not fitting me and having to get off a roller coaster. NOT THIS TIME!!!!!!! Yay!!
