I'm going now...off go the hospital...to have my surgery. I'm freaking out a little bit but I'm also excited!

I'm on day six on my liquid diet. i have 8 more days until my surgery. i'm freaking out with anxiety over the surgery in general but the liquid diet is giving me problems. is anyone else struggling? my shakes are so blah i can't take it. For anyone that is done with their liquid stage, what are some things that helped you? Thanks in advance!

Thank you both! I was not able to change shakes, but I did add extracts and ice and it did make them a little bit better!

I just got my date, March 13th! I start the liquid diet on Wednesday. I'm starting to get worried and have a little anxiety about the whole thing. I wasn't having this before, and i don't know where it is coming from. is anyone else having this?

Thank you I think it is fear of the unknown. Everyone I have talked to says it has been amazing and the best decision they have made. I know it won't be easy but it will be worth it. You are lucky you don't have a preop diet I'm really nervous for mine. -

i'm getting sleeved March 13th. i'm freaking out. i start my liquid diet on wednesday and i'm excited but nervous. i know that this is the best decision for me, i just don't know why i am freaking out so much. -
