I stayed at 270 for three weeks now all of a sudden I'm 267. Don't you love how the human body works?

Buffalo chicken dip Boil 2lbs chicken breast and cut into small pieces 8oz fat free cream cheese 8oz lowfat cheddar cheese 1 small lowfat blue cheese crumbles Half bottle Texas Pete's hot sauce Stir all together put in pan and bake at 350 until lightly browned on top

Turkey chili 3 cans bushes chili starter 3 cans tomato with garlic and onion 1 large onion 1 green,orange,and yellow pepper 1 pack chili mix 2 lbs ground turkey cooked Put all ingredients in crock pot 4 hours on high Then 2 hours low Serve with light sour cream and lowfat shredded cheese

Made a Protein shake today that was awesome 54 gram protein 8oz Greek yogurt 22g 8oz fat free milk 8g 1 scoop GNC whey non flavored 24g 1 banana 8 strawberries Blend and drink Makes 20oz Which is 3 servings for me

I was walking a mile my first week 2 miles my second week 3.5 miles week three on Now at 5 weeks I'm running 2 miles Walking 3 miles and back to my weight lifting

To many people carry guns and knifes anymore don't care if you can kick cause your not kicking a bullet. I've always been big and strong but I carry my 9mm as well. -

Same here my surgeon did 2 bands all last year To many issues with band -
Doesn't matter your going to lose muscle I lifted up until the morning of surgery I lost a lot I'm 4 weeks out and just cleared for lifting again Feel like a weekling

I eat 6-8 oz at a time and keep losing better choices = weight loss for me Gym 2hrs a day doesn't hurt

Don't know what your capable of doing I always did heavy weights and light cardio Now a month out I do lots of cardio light weights Muscle disappears for a while
