I don't count I'm 3 months out and lost 60lbs and if I had to guess I'd say I eat 1200-1500 cal a day and I'm still losing I eat healthy now and spend 3 hours a day at the gym I think it's more about the choices of food not so much the calories -
Stalled at 270 for 3weeks then lost 11lbs in 6days Anyone else ?

1-1/2 months out of surgery bought size 38 jeans from Walmart and there getting baggy already at 2 months $10.00 for wrangler jeans, good for work and around the house Took all my under armour back to u/a outlet store and they gave me all new clothes good for me since I wear it every day

I feel good at gym with everything but bench press 2 months ago 315 Now barely 225 any clues why bench is so off?

I hear people on here complaining about gym cost, the funny part is I guarantee you used to eat out and spend as much for one meal as it cost to join a gym for a month plus how much are you saving by eating less? So stop complaining and GET-R-DONE!!! We all got this way for a reason!!!

I eat at least 1200-1400 a day I burn 700 calories in cardio and another 450 lifting weights so I need my calories I just eat healthier now

I eat strawberries every day and I'm 7-1/2 weeks out. I was told anything I want or can handle My weight loss is going good I eat Oranges, grapefruit, bananas, and strawberries for fruits.

That's funny that people's weight loss slows when lifting heavy, I started going heavy again here recently and dropped 5 lbs in 2 days Also do an hour of cardio which doesn't hurt -
Dr oz says wear a compression belt around your stomach then when your not wearing it you can feel when your stomach muscles are not tight. I like compression wear it holds you tighter while u work out! Don't see all the jiggle lol!
