Walmart has great flavors. I call them "Cystal Light like", Apple flavor is my favorite. Very sweet. Tastes better than apple juice. Does have an after taste but I think I didnt ass enough water. The Crystal Light like's come in more flavors than Cystal Light, at least at the Walmarts in my area. -

Im in Kansas City, near Grandview. Having my surgery with Dr Hoehn on February 28th. Im so excited. I only have to do a one week liquid diet, but Im gonna do two weeks that way I can ween myself into it and not feel bad if I cheat the first week. Good luck and congratulations to everyone. Btw, yes he is a very gorgeous man. :wub: -

31 years old living in Kansas City, MO. SLeeve date Feb 28, 2013. I cant wait. Im trying to go to bed early every night, so that day can hurry and get here. Going to Walmart this weekend so I can get my protein mix and vitamins and pre op stuff. Feels like Christmas for some reason. -

Im hoping to have my surgery at the end of Feb or early March, but Ive stopped getting relaxers on my hair. Im hoping by going natural and keeping the chemicals to very minimal, it will keep my already thin hair from falling totally out. But I am prepared to wear weaves and wigs if I have to. I find it kind of fun to change up my look on a daily basis. -

I have not had my surgery yet, but isnt being a slower loser a good thing? I would think it gives you the opportunity to workout and decrease the chance of sagging skin. Thats one of my fears, having too much skin after weight loss. -
