Hi! thanksfor responding. will do. I 'll be patient what kind of things should I have in my pantry. I went out to day and bought the non0fat dry milk, A CASE of boost and couple of cases of water. I also have Whey protein powders in choc and vanilla. Only think I dont have is a HEATING PAD. Thanks on the advice on keeping a journal. I can't wait to exercise more.
