Hi everyone, I was sleeved on December 18, 2012, I am down 41 lbs. I had stalled for a week and found that the more protein I get the faster I lose weight. So I have and egg (17 grams protein)or cheese for breakfast, protein shake (30 grams protein) at about 11:00 a.m., more protein for lunch like chili (3oz)(16 grams protein)which is around 2:00 and then dinner I will have protein and a vegi. So far so good. I wish everyone well
