    Exercising (Cardio) After Surgery...

Before my surgery I was into Zumba 24/7. My Doctor told me to walk everyday... But wait 4 weeks to start doing everything else... So at my 4weeks I try the treadmill for 30min. As the days past you will feel better and will add more things to your exercise routing...

    not losing very fast!input please!

I had my surgery back in May, and I see my nutritionist once a month and even though is been 7month she said NO (Bread,Pasta,Potatoes or any type of starch food) NOT even whole grain... Because it will stop the weight loss process, which is completely TRUE!!! I didn't listen for a while, and for a whole month I wasn't losing weight, didn't matter how much cardio, gym, or whatever I was doing... The eating part is very important...!!!

    Beer

Just like everything... Is a life time change... Once you do your surgery everything is different, I not that you wouldn't have a beer or two, is about making a step that will stop you from losing weight... That doesn't mean you can't have beer or alcohol ever again... It just mean, you may be able to have it every now and then but after surety nothing is the same... Let me give you an example before surgery I was a "sodas" person... So I did good my 1st 5month... But since November oh lord... I just been having sodas every now n then n guess what?!? It hurts the weight process... So!! I'm not the best to give advise, but if you can't stop n let go... Is better... Good luck
  6. Thank You Chicas ::.. Yes!! I'm absolutely happy with my 65lbs gone so far.. But I will be even happier if I get to 160lbs like ASAP ::.. I'm short I'm just 5" ft... So even thought 65lbs are gone you just cant tell that much :/... I mean I can tell but I would be much beter if I Get of the 170's ::... *************** Another thing ladies, I went from size 17 to size 6, so I'm very very very happy with that, but once again, belly fat!! All that belly fat is going down... So I don't like it!! Cuz my stomach is getting flat but I have fat in my lower belly :/.. Y'all get the point?!? I'm happy, I don't want to sound like I'm not... But I just want to lose 40lbs more pounds, before May2014!! ::
