    Full Liquids----what to eat!?!

Thank you all so much for your feedback!! Especially tink!! Thats fabulous!! And I am totally putting my immersion blender to work now!
  2. I had my sleeve this past Monday Dec3. I am getting my fluids in with crystal light, chicken broth, protein shakes, sf jello and sf Popsicles. But constipation is bad right now. About to send my hubby out for a suppository. Cuz I've already tried drinking milk of magnesia, but it's awful and I don't want to chance it making me puke. Any other suggestions?!!!

    Ok, I am officially insane!

Hey Sweetie, Be careful with the raw spinach. It may be really hard on your sleeve. Raw veggies take a lot to digest, even when cut up really small. Just a word of advice

    Sleeved on December 5th

Yup!! Just finished them right now!! And honestly they are the highlight of my day right now because I get to CHEW!! LoL!!! My dr recommends them, so that's why I use em.
  8. I had my sleeve Monday dec3. Bloating is minimal, and I'm doing two 34oz bottles of water plus two 11oz protein shakes a day. My biggest suggestion is to just constantly take teeny sips ALL day. It's obnoxious and takes forever but I don't have any discomfort from liquids except for the occasional little burp. Now if you've got any ideas on how to get rid of pain at the main incision point, I'm all ears!!!

    Sleeved on December 5th

I had my surgery on Monday Dec 3rd!! So nice to see so many that had it this week as well. Where do you get sublingual vitamins?? So far all I've been taking are my gummi vites since I'm scared of throwing up pills. But all in all the only complaint I have is the excruciating pain I still have on my right main incision. Goodness it hurts!!!! So yeah...where do you get those vitamins??

    Constipation- 4day postop

Sorry, my question was what have you tried for constipation that works? Preferably not oral solutions. Update:my hubs picked up some glycerin suppositories just now. I'll let y'all know if that works. I know I'm constipated. Same feelings I had after delivering my babies. And I did eat my last preop meal sunday night and haven't had a bm since. So that's what I assume I need to eliminate. Fingers crossed this works. My tummy is in knots and my bum hurts
