Oops my doctor told me the same!!!!! U guys are so aware and guys my doctor dint suggest me any protein i dint even knew its essential after the surgery untill i got into this forum when did you start taking protein and what amount??????suggestions pls !

Yeah end of the every person is different things which suit me may not suit the other person its better we take others suggestions serious and bring it into action according to our comfort ness u guys are excellent and very supporting !!!!!!!!!

I donno when my doctor would tell me to have solid foods i am comfortable taking 400 ml of water a day where 2 spoons would make me sick before apple cranberry pineapple juices are becoming my enemies :'( mommy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tomorrow i am 1 week out i still have to wait for more 2 weeks to start my purees my god arggggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!

Omg dear can i tell u one of my fishy secret trust me i promise you this works try taking your fluids in an feeding bottle sum 50-60ml bottle thats how i am managing myself i know i would get an weird face reaction but it is the truth i have gone through your pain and that's the reason i am sharing you my little fishy secret !!!!!

I am confused i lost 3kgs in 4days i had my surgery on 15.12.12 and i was 80.8kgs on the day of operation and i am 77.6kgs today is that a good sign or how does it work?????i drink 60 ml of fluids every 3hrs once i am still feeling drowsy tired and i am still carving for carbs maybe thats the head hunger does anyone here remember how many kgs you lost in the first week and what was your diet i am bored of sipping apple,pineapple,cranberry juice all day long and i could take 60ml of juice but not water why is that ?????need some support guys pls!

I have this same problem you must feel more comfortable with juices than water it worked that way for me try taking warm water !its pretty normal....

Walk at least 30mins a day don't rest on bed for more than 8hrs if you feel exhausted just sit straight on the couch for some time don't loose your confidence you can do it !!!!!

So here it goes my surgery was on 15.12.12 at 10.am i was askd to admit jus 2hrs before the surgery so wen i reachd d hospital thy made me change to d hospital grown and i was askd to remove all metal accessaries 4m my body and den thy gave me sum antibiotic to jus keep me calm i slept 4 like 30mins den i was taken to the operation theatre thy injected sumthng and the last thing i cud remember was me rolling my eyes up and down i gained my conscious 4hrs after the surgery and i askd my mom am i nt done yet?? As i tot i am yet to ve my surgery and i dint feel any pain that tym bcos thy put me on continuous saline painkillers and anti biotics evry 6hrs wen i gt my conscious bk d 1st thing i did was i got up 4m d bed and i started walking wid my moms support yeah tat was a gud sign thy gave me sum respiratory exercise which cud make my lungs function better so i used tat i never felt dehydrated a 150ml tube was connected inside to collect d fluids whc was removed jus 3hrs b4 i left the hospital so it was all cool the 1st day 2nd day was horrible i cudnt drink more dan 2spoons of fluid and my tummy hurts when i try to take more and the worst part of all ds was thy had to take an X-ray to chk if der s any leak so thy made me drink sumthng calld gastro whc made me feel nauseous till d tym i had tat gastro i was all fyn nt aft tat 3rd day finally the tube whc was connected inside to collect fluids was removed and i was set free to go home i cud take 20 ml nw and i don mind evn if u guys think its fishy bt i take my fluids n a 60ml feeding bottle trust me i feel very comfortable i vent lost ny weight so far whc makes me upset d day of surgery i was 78kgs aft 1 week of liquid diet were my original weight was 83kgs nd ryt nw i am 81.5kgs i wish to c sum positive changes in my weight soon !!!!

I am little nervous right now i weighed myself this morning and i dint see any difference my standard weight was 83kgs and on the day of surgery i was 78kgs and now i am 3days out and i am still 78kgs! I mean WTH !!!! Uffff

Faints!!!! Ok seriously guys its because i am nineteen and i use my blackberry and i have the habbit of using short hand it dint make any difference for me in other social networks i will try my best to type the words in full!!!

Hey guys back home finally after lots and lots of saline antibiotics painkillers it hurts so badly i could hardly take 2spoons of liquid if i take more my lil tummy starts grumbling i ve nt lost any weight so far according to me its bcos of the saline i guess and its jus the 2nd day i wish i cud over come ol des pains and discomfort ness !!!!!
