Is eating every 2-3 hours grazing? I am supposed to eat 5 small meals a day and I worry that I may be "grazing". I read how it is bad and slows weight loss so this makes me nervous! How do you define grazing?

Those shoes are super cute! Mizuno? What model are they? Just my luck, the nearest Fleet Feet is 132 miles away. Good tip, though - I think RoadRunner does fittings, too. -

Well, that excitement was short lived. They were too narrow! -
I am between 600 and 700 calories and anywhere from 30-40 carbs.

The curiosity of trying one of these Quest bars was killing me, so I stopped at GNC after work and they were buy 3 get 1 free. I tried the apple pie first and it wasn't bad. By no means did it taste like grandma's apple pie, but it was ok! I would definitely consider trying more flavors.
