I had acid really bad and Pantozol didn't work for me. My surgeon put me on Prilosec morning and night and Zantac in the afternoon. Maybe that would help you?

My surgeon advised me to stay away from Tums. While they are good for short-term, they actually cause more acid in the long-term.

I like 8 oz. of Greek yogurt with 5g of sugar-free lemon or pistachio pudding mixed in. I eat that every day for breakfast! If you have a costco near you their Greek yogurt has 10g of carbs and 24g of Protein per serving.
