    HEARTBURN! HELP

I take Prilosec morning and night and Zantac in the afternoon. My doc actually said to not take Tums because while they help for the short-term, in the long-term they cause more problems. I don't know if this is true or not. Hope you find relief soon - I have been there.

    All of my December sleevers...

I think it's a great idea to search for healthy snack ideas. I would be careful, however, with mindless eating. If you aren't hungry and are just looking to keep busy, I would suggest an activity other than eating.
  14. Good point, Rohler. Perhaps she'll share more upon her return.
  15. It's unfortunate that you opted to answer this question privately. Any information we have to offer, both positive and negative, about our experiences is very useful as it can help potential sleeve patients make informed decisions. I don't wish to make assumptions or draw conclusions from this, but the fact that you chose to answer in this manner is perhaps quite telling.

    Any Crossfitters? I have questions

I walk anywhere from 4-5 miles a day. It takes about 65-75 minutes depending on the terrain.

    Favorite post op drink?

Fiddleman, I have seen Metromint at Safeway, not sure if you have one of those nearby.
  18. I had the same indent in the incision where my drain was and was a square about 2x2". It went away around the 4th or 5th week. It made me nervous, too! I thought it would be like that forever but was assured by my surgeon's team that it was quite normal.
