What brand did you use? I would also recomend Fiberwell Gummies - I take 3 a day and stopped the Miralax. There is some interesting talk online about how Miralax negatively affects kidneys. I haven't seen any scientific research, so it may all be conjecture. At any rate, I preferred the Fiber remedy versus the drug remedy. -
I am looking to replace an old Tanita and would like to measure in increments of 1/10 of a pound plus body fat. Wireless and coupled with an iPhone app is cool, too. Not Withings, my main concern is accuracy. If it's less than $200 that's great. Do you use a great one that you can suggest?

I eat popcorn once a week, on Saturday afternoons. I weigh out exactly one ounce and don't go back for more. I fit it into my plan and don't go above my carb/calorie limit. -

Is that the Wellesse brand? I have that, too, but it gives me nausea and I don't care for the taste. The Wellesse version I have also contains calcium phosphate, not just citrate. Why is it so hard to find suitable supplements?! -

Indeed! My PCP wasn't down with it and he said it may be something to consider "someday" if conventional weight loss attempts failed. Um... hello? Did he think I had never dieted? I don't know if you are old enough to remember these diets, but I remember trying the Rotation Diet and Deal-A-Meal as an elementary school student. That led to many others. So glad to be losing, eating better, and being more active!
