Thank you so much!!! I must get back to the weightloss.....I think moving and not working is playing a important role in this. But I'm determined to get back on track. Thank you so much and I will go back to measuring and tracking what I eat Thank you so much!!!

I actually do not count calories (should I)....I walk like 3-5 miles 3 times a week. I only loss 13 lbs in 3 months. I know I need to drink more Water. 35lbs to go and I thought I would be there at my one year mark but it's not looking good :-(

I'm so said I use to tell myself that a stall is a mind thing but it's really not the scale isn't moving like it use to and I have 55 lbs to go!!! I'm 3 months post op and I've lost 71lbs but this months doctors visit I only lost 10lbs. 10lbs in a month what the hell happened. What am I doing wrong? A sad day for me :-(!!!! Although losing 10lbs a month is good but why so soon.

Hello, So im in Panama and the food here is not healthy. I'm only two months post op and I'm upset that I can't eat completely right here!!!! I've been trying to eat as much seafood as I can and salad, but it's hard. I had diarrhea for the first 2 days cause my diet is different. I really wished I had a room with a kitchen. Maybe this trip wasn't a good idea, I'm worried that my weight has slowed down because of this trip. But it's my birthday trip so I'm trying to enjoy myself.
