I'm glad you feeling better it seems like we have the same doctor I can't start my mushies until 7/31 as well. This is first day back at work not feeling so well today I had to call my doctor today in regards to constipation:mad:. Hopefully it will get better soon, they need to hurry up and call I am so miserable:think. By the way any suggestions I would really appreciate.:help: Thanks Sonya

Sorry I havent been in touch since I got banded, but thanks to the Good Lord everything went fine. I'm trying to play catch up with all the post I have mis, but I see thats going to take a couple of days. :whoo: Hey Lisa, Congratulations on your band, I really think you are doing well especially with your weight loss, what did you eat after surgery up untill now if you dont mind me asking. I will banded on this Monday 7/16 and very excited but very nervous. The pre-opt diet was very hard the first week but got a little easier this week.:clap2:

Hey Dini, I think that will be a great idea for all the 07 Bandsters to take a cruise you defintely have my vote just need to know in advance so I can start making those payments. You go Mindy we have the same surgery date, well let me tell you the first couple of days was really hard for me but as time has went by I'm getting better with my shakes and Protein bars, I can have 4 shakes (slim fast) a day 2 bars, 2 cups of chicken broth, popsicles, and sugar free Jello so that really helps and plenty of Water I also keep in mind we can do because next summer we going to be slim and trim and very healthy. I'm glad you have your family support thats all you really need, I wish I had my family support, The only support I have right now is from the July Bandsters for this month, and that basically keeps me going, saying to myself I know I can do, and I have faith in you I know you can do itespecially with support of your family GOOD LUCK!!! on your new look!:clap2:

I must say I'm struggling too with this Pre-Opt diet my doctor require me to liquids too Protein shakes, jello's, chicken broth soups, and water. Surgery date July 16, 07 I hope I can really make it. But I must say with the help of everyone advice I'm pushing myself to hang in there. Yesterday was so hard for me by it being 4th of July. I really want to Thank all of you bandsters for your advice and concern, because it reallys helps. Thank you so much Sonya

Hi tanya Dr. Brody is my surgery doctor as well, the staff there is very nice, so how have you been since your surgery. I must tell you I am having a very tough time with the two week pre-opt diet any suggestions I would really appreciate it. I'm very happy about having this surgery. Thanks Sonya

I suppose to drink 4 Protein shakes a day 2 bars and 2 cups of Soup with 64 ounces of Water.
