Sleeved 10/24 down 31 lbs... Not working out like I should, treadmill is packed away with all the Christmas stuff out!!!! So as soon as the tree is down I'm on it!!!!
Was sleeved on 10/24.. Lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks and nothing since.., I'm very discouraged and depressed about this.. Is it normal? Getting my protein in almost everyday.. Any help or ideas?
