It is hard, I was so sick after surgery, and even had to have my gallbladder removed a month after sleeve surgery. After that I ended up dehydrated and weak, I was depressed and thought I made the worst decision of my life. .with that being said I am now almost 7months out and Feel Better than I ever have am almost 90lbs down, only 10 away from where my doctor want me to be. So All said, Best thing I ever did for my self.....Best of Luck.. and I have 3 small kids also.

I enjoy a BBQ not the food but the company, I am still not eating much of anything at 6 1/2 months out. But Loving the shopping!!!

I am 6 months post op and NEVER EVER HUNGRY....I have felt my stomach growl a few times and thought "What is that".... I have to REMIND myself to Eat and to Feed the Kids, Cause I forget 'cause I am NEVER hungry ....

I am 6 Months out and have NOT lost hair, why does everyone Tell PPL they will Lose hair, not the case, at Least in my experience and my Doctor said not everyone does most of his sleeve patience don't.....

not enough protein and you will loose your hair, and lose muscle Not FAT...Protein is VERY important.....add a shake with Medical grade Protein once a day to add good protein that is well absorbed, there is A Big difference in the kind you drink...Good Luck, and remember it is NOT just about Weight Loss it is about being Healthy also!!

What .....are you telling me when I use to eat, 2 burgers, fries ,a large soda and a whole bag of cookies, that was NOT normal???? and After the Sleeve I will NOT be able to do it???? OH to be Normal and 100lbs overweight again.... LOL, Thanks for you post it made me smile....

My doctor told me at my last visit, to stop overthinking, I am a Normal Person with a Smaller Stomach. I am NORMAL....Don't OVER think, and Live Healthy!
