does Caffeine free do the same thing? I do NOT drink Caffeine

Help, I an scared and need your thoughts. What are the stats or information of people being sleeved then becoming anorexic? I just don't like food and scared to eat, I feel if I eat I will get fat...starting to have panic attacks at the thought of eating. Went a few day with out even eating, cause I was not hungry then got very dizzy and weak....Feeling a little lost....I am 7months out....

Hello I had my sleeve surgery Jan9, this year. Had gallbladder issues and it was removed Feb 1. I am still having sharp pain under ribs on right side, bouts of Nausea, diarrhea, and times I can not eat much at all. I am losing weight which is good. However, I am very light headed when I stand, and actually fainted yesterday. Anyone else having issues at 7 months out, or is something else going ON??? Help, I feel sick to my stomach and depressed..

I am 7 months out and this still happens to me....Not as often, but last week felt sick and went back to soft foods for a few days, feel better now. It never hurts to call ur doctor, REMEMER to stay hydrated, I have been dehydrayted 3 times now in 7 month... Best of luck and it will get better....

yes, I should prolly look into counseling, cause I do go a few days at a time without eating, and when I do I seem to get a panic attack....My trainer is talking about not training me anymore if I don't start eating more and add carbs, but "Carbs' scare me....

drink a chocolate shake, then go for a walk you can do this.....and after surgery, you can eat 1/2 an oreo and be full!!!! And Remember Nothing ever taste as good as being skinny feels..... okay, kinda a silly statement...But good luck!

What is the difference in whey protein powder and Casein? Where do you get the casein, and do you mix with milk or water?

when you were drinking after sleeve how did you stomach feel...???

Can women take a casein shake also, dr wants me to put on 2 to 3 lbs of Muscle, I don't know how....

just a question, why are you having lap band removed?

I am 7month out and down about 90lbs. Today, I lifted weights and did TRX with my trainer, walked a Mile on the Treadmill at a 6% incline, THEN went to the Running Track and RAN a mile without stopping!! I am SUPER Excited!

I am 7 months out and told my husband today, I don't like Food. I Want to eat, have a "Meal" but makes me feel , Icky....

ran into 2 ppl this week that had not seen me in at least a Year, said,,,,"OMG, your are skinny".....what do you say...????

Took my kids to The Nickelodeon Universe Amusement Park at Mall of America today, I Road Every ride they did and FIT in every seat with room to spare!!!! Feeling Awesome, I LOVE my Sleeve!

OK, was having a Great day at the Mall of America with the kids….Took them to the 3rd floor for Lunch. I needed something to eat too. I knew I should have just drank a low fat chocolate milk, but had a HUGE craving for Hush-Puppies from Long John Silvers, and I gave in. I am almost 7 months post op, I should be good. I ordered 6, ate 2.. JUST 2, ONLY 2 and was SO sick, stomach cramping, palms sweating, and then had to RUN to the bathroom….Needless to say I WILL not be eating Hush-Puppies for a LONG time.. What foods do this to you, so I can have some idea of what to stay away from???

I will be 40 in September, and also had 3 kids....
