home from surgery center...surgery went well, One question is I have been having been going to the bathroom "loose Stools" after every shake is that normal? and stomach cramps?

Thanks for ALL the Kind words, I am getting More and More Nervous as Thursday is getting closer. It is so strange to be going into WLS, and Needing to Gain weight. It is strange, I just have to keep in Mind I am going to get healthy and Strong....I am so Weak Now.....

I am dealing with life and death things here and NO Support!!!! SMH She used the F-word. If you take the time to read carefully, you will see that it has since been deleted by a moderator. That word is not considered acceptable to many people. My request was perfectly reasonable. It seems the same 4 or 5 members of that little high school clique that were following me around are at it again, wagging their finger at me. Get off my case. Take a hike and burn some calories, girls!

thank you all for the kind words...it has been a tough few days.

I am 10 months out, reached my goal, and Keep Loosing. Not only do I keep losing, I keep getting dehydrated. I was in ER just yesterday. Upper GI did show gastritis. I am on more acid blockers. NOT hungry, sipping water, feels like it did just weeks into this. I feel the last few months I have gone backwards. Yes, I did back off the protein shake for a while, trying to get it in with food. That did not work. I am back to basics with sipping water and mostly just on shakes and Greek yogurt. AS of yesterday. I was told not to even think of exercising for 2 weeks. I am sad, depressed and feel like I am going nuts. I am dizzy and major headache, they say that is due to dehydration. Anyone one been through this or have any advice,

I go in for Bypass on Nov 21st, Not what I wanted but, I have come to terms that I have to do something. I am below my goal weight and still can NOT eat. and hard to keep fluids down.

Just an Update, I have Bile Reflux, that is why I have been so sick, and not been able to eat. I have to go in for Bypass on Nov 21st. I DO not want bypass, but have come to terms, that I have to have it... Thanks for all the support.

well I am 11 month POST op and STILL COLD!!!!!!

My story is a little different, I was sleeved Jan 9th 2013. I have lost appx 120lbs. I can NOT eat, I can not drink, I am in pain. NEVER hungry, MY stomach HURTS. After 10 months of test, my doctor found I have Bile Reflux, and have to have the Bypass... My surgery date is Nov 21. I am scared, I am already 15lbs under the weight I should be, I am weak, and this week I had to have 4 liters of IV Fluids, due to dehrydration. Please, if you have had the surgery take it serious and Follow the rules. I am so ready to get on with my life and am to tired and weak, I have a 3 hour nap a day and only eating about 200to300 calories a day.

also, your tummy is gonna be so small, you don't have room for coffee. If you feel your stomach with coffee, you will not be able to get in your Protein....

I have lost 110lbs in the last 9 ½ months. I ran into a coworker, last week, I am not sure if she even knows what she said but she told me… “You looked good 2 months ago, not you look kinda sickly.” What the HELL? I am 5”8 still weigh 153 doctors goal weight was 155 so I think at this point I am Far from “sickly”??? UGH, some people.

you are only 20days post op, your body has been through a LOT, Take it easy. When I get dizzy it has been dehydration. Good Luck, and take it easy.

your "smoking" Great Curves, the "girls" "boobs" are looking good, don't hide them with a sweater unless it is Cold, then when inside take it off.....Work it girl!!!!

Well, I had my GI today, it showed, Acid, and bile in my pouch. It also showed ulceration, in my Stomach. Surgeon said only thing to do for the Acid Reflux is switch to a Bypass….I am so Depressed…….

Thanks for the kind and positive words, the surgeon is sure I need the Bypass. I am a mess both physically and mentally. I would have NEVER signed up for the Bypass because of many reasons. I appreciate the positive feedback from ppl that know ppl or have had by pass and have positive stories. Thanks, for all the comments. I need and love all the feedback I can get both for and against the Bypass, Informatin in all forms it wanted......

yes I was sleeved Jan 9th of this year, yes I am having another doctor look at the test...

10 months out and was in hospital for IV fluids just Yesterday.....it is long road with many ups and downs....take it one day at a time....some days you just don't eat, then the next day you can....drink water as much as you can. but I understand, gotten IV fluids Many Many times over the past 9 months...................

I don't know, maybe, a combination of Mental and Physical. I meet with my Doctor tomorrow.

Hello, I am 9 months out, had my gallbladder removed one month out. Still have the pain under my right rib cage, that radiates to my back shoulder. Doctors do not know why... Going in for an Upper GI in a few hours. Wish me luck and say a prayer that they will finally find out what the Hell is going on....and If anyone else has any advice PLEASE share....I am going NUTS. Also was dehydrated yesterday, got 2 liters of IV fluids. Cant Eat or drink much with out being sick.
