how do you find hte "emotional" thread, i am having same issues. -
5 days post op and Went the the YMCA Walked on treadmill for 50 mins!!! It was slow pace but i was moving and can not wait to go back tomorrow!!!! I am very sore but walking feels good.

Tomorrow @ 9:15 i will be Sleeved, I am excited, nervous and ready to start this Mission. I am gonna give 100% . I am READY for a CHANGE and willing to work as hard as I have to, to make it happen. This is gonna be a whole life change on how I think, how i react, and how I live. I am Ready.... And Looking for as much advise and encourgment as I can get, I love this site. Thanks Sleeve Buddies.

i hear ya, you took the words outta my mouth. I am on day 6 of my Pre~Op diet of Protein Shakes only and F'ing hungry!!!! but it will all be worth it in the long run...Good Luck.

Had my Pre~Op today also and gonna be Sleeved Jan 9th lets keep in touch. -
I go in for last visit with Dr Before Surgery and Start the Liquid diet tomorrow, I can NOT wait for January 9th....

I am starting to Feel Scared and Alone....I talk to my husband who tries to be supportive, but as someone that HAS NEVER been over Weight for more than 10 lbs, and Loses it Easy, I feel he DOES not understand....I will be Sleeved on Jan 9, and Excited, but feel alone on this journey, ......... I feel like i am going to have to "break" up with My Best Friend, FOOD............ Am I NUTS????

I am right there with YOU, and it sux. I am sick of food, but eating outta stress. I have not gotten on the scale, but my Jeans are tighter, so that is not a good sign!!! Ready for the Roller~Coaster~ Ride to be over and fell More normal with food. -

Ok, I am keeping this Real, I am Pre~Op, and LOVE Beer, will I ever have a Beer after the sleeve? Please Share all the Positive and Negitive, I need to know, will i miss MY BEER on Saturday NIGHT?
