i also like the wal-mart brand i have experimented with adding different things to it for a change of pace. currently i am using vanilla protein powder milk and 1/4 c pumpkin . i added the spices just like in the pie and some equal ahead of time. tastes great. or with the chocolate powder milk and a little sugar free chocolate pudding.

i do not think they can tell you that you can not have off. they need no details just that you will be off due to surgery.

hello everyone, well i had my monthly doctors appointment today. i lost 6 pounds, that puts my BMI below 40 but the insurance might only cover if it is more than 40. now they want me to see a cardiologist. and the nutritionist wants to see me the week after thanksgiving. i have my last doctors appointment on dec 4th. then they will send all the paper work to the insurance co. to be approved. i guess i will keep my fingers crossed hope everyone is well. do you think we should start an exercise thing before everyone is banded???

LizMoore, sorry to hear about your bad news. my doctor is also carol mccloskey. i have 3 more months to go in my supervised weight and exercise program. can't the dr's office write a letter to the insurance co. you seem to have alot of other illnesses. you would think those would help you get approved for the lapband. i hope things get better for you.
