Paleo banana bread is good

I was thin until child #3 then my hormones went wacko they took my thyroid out and ever since then I have never been able to lost more then five lbs at a time . Since being sleeved I have lost slowly at 4.5 months I have lost close to 37. I am 3 lbs from a "healthy" weight and feel incredible most days.

I went a lone and Dr a carried my bag to the van

I have had to up my calories to 1100 to maintain (my wedding is Saturday and I couldn't get my dress altered 1000 times- so with my doctors approval I went into maintenance briefly). I've still lost a couple pounds but it has been very sporadic. (160-158).

I'm 4'11 and weighed 158 this morning. Wearing a medium and size 10.

Dr alvarez has a weekly radio show on mondays that you can send questions too also...if u have questions

I took my primary my Dr s book so.she could become educated about the gastric sleeve it was well recieved and she thought he was cute Dr alvarezs gastric.sleeve is an easy read and it might help your doc become educated! It's on amazon.!

Emotional feeling overwhelmed at times and your eyes being bigger then your stomach...eating that one last bite when you know it might may you puke and then piling....in otherwards learning when you are full....and honestly everyone is so different you have to really listen to your body. It takes time trial and error. Hormonal when you just feel like clocking someone in the head because you feel overwhelmed with everything. And others losing more then you! Remember there's only one you and you are not everyone else Celebrate you will follow your.own weight loss! See you on the other side

Everyone should give an update on here! So curious to see where everyone is out. I've been so excited and today I read some negative stories and it really got me down ): need some positive ones!

I am 4' 9.5" my starting bmi was 33 and some change. I weighed 159.9 on surgery day. No preop diet. I had surgery 3/14/13 and currently weigh 128.6. I am down 31.3 lbs in just over three months. I am happy with that slow loss. I am 9 lbs from a normal bmi. I went to try on clothes today and could fit a size five. I started as a twelve.

March .14 no major issues happy with experience there were three on my day. It was fast!

Honestly the very naysayers will see your sucess and start to think maybe this can work for.me. as much as they say negative things it might help that one person who realizes it helped so and so so it could help me. I know for me i never thought it was an option i struggled to lose the weight i saw two people have sucess and thats what got me thinking maybe it could work for.me.
