  1. What does it feel like I am pre surgery and have chest pains and cramping. I have had two chest ekg s and doc checked for endometriosis which I don't have. Its been going on for months last night I was wondering if this could be hernia? I have heartburn meds the don't really help. Its not a heart attack.

  2. ok I'm hearing the same, thing I am 155 lbs afraid to post my weight 33 bmi I'm super short but in pain and want to be healthy I'm not waiting until I'm like my mom diabetic no energy I am a mom of five and a business owner I have way to much left to do. Ok now I publicly posted my weight I know for me this will solve my health issues and make me feel better so for me and my family its being done in march.

  3. I thought about I'm at a catch 22 with the va have the co morbs but 33 bmi ...need 35 I started weighing with my shoes on but I decided on mexico I absolutely hurt all the time the back ect. My tsh is normal but I have hashimotos thyroid its a type that will only show up for me in anti thyroids antibodies few doctors do that test . I can never lose more the 7 lbs either keep doing what you need to do you know what's best for you. For me seeing obesity added to my medical chart was enough.

  4. I am scheduled for surgery with Dr. Alverez on January 18th. I just mailed in my deposit yesterday. I am so nervous and so excited at the same time. I am hoping for a permanent solution to the ups and downs I have had over the last 20 years! I decided to start losing weight in September at 205lbs. I am 5'2", so that's a bmi of 37.5. I have lost 22 lbs and am down to 183, now my bmi is just above 33. I already feel so much better. It's hard to imagine getting to a "normal" bmi. Dr. Alvarez seems awesome and even though I am really nervous about my surgery, I feel good about my choice of surgeons!
