I hope you realized how brave and how much courage that must of taken...it takes a strong person to make such a choice and keep the home fires burning while hubby is away...be strong and thank you for being 1/2 of the military that never gets recognized.

    I was skinny and never went to prom ...a local radio station here has a second chance prom...it was so cool I got to go to prom with my husband... I hope to hear about you buying that dress and having that night with your hubby it was one if the things I missed out on too!!!

    18 lbs for a first pregnancy is not bad even in 19 weeks if you revert back to healthier eating proteins and veggies and vitamins not only will you have a healthy baby...but healthy you. Congratulations....

    my normal body temp is in the 96 s as well that's "my" normal. Also I noticed my pulse is very irregular it goes from 70 to 129 just as I sit in the docs office. The "normal"pulse for me is 90 if I don't feel well its closer to 120.

    Sorry autoimmune issues seen to go together for me ive am hoping weight loss will help with the brain fog and tiredness but I do take a ton of b12 it helps some. All b12 supplements don't work the same for me b 12 2500 mcg from walmart dissolved and b 12 10 000 mcg shots work best for me.

    What does it feel like I am pre surgery and have chest pains and cramping. I have had two chest ekg s and doc checked for endometriosis which I don't have. Its been going on for months last night I was wondering if this could be hernia? I have heartburn meds the don't really help. Its not a heart attack.

    My pictures today further reenforced my decision I don't feel fat but the pictures do tell a completely different picture I wonder if I didn't have to run all over the place with my kids if I would be even larger..omg...raises glass...this toast it to all you lovely ladies and gents who will take this journey for better health and let's face it were gonna turn so heads.... yay
