It's not quite red but close and it has a ton of metal flake in it like a boat would have. I see the Dr. on the 10th God that seems forever away. JC

When it rains it pours. I believe my poor car has been nuked! What a night, I put my truck in the shop and the car apparently got jealous, I had no idea I was driving such a drama queen. BTW Now I am feeling a little bouncy! I don't know about all this strapped down unit moving stuff. Who would have thought biking would be so much fun?!!? WOW! JBlownUpAssMustangC JC

I think I am feeling a little jiggly!! New toy alert it is finally here! Maybe I can finally get some sleep! I now have the entire Underground Railroad Biker's Map Set and a brand new Hennessy Expedition A-sym Hammock Tent! I will spend a couple days on one of our trails to see what kind of averages I can turn in after sleeping in this thing. That will help me decide if I can do the first two legs of the big trail then bust it to Michigan. I am such a kid! I hung this thing up in the IT Dept. here at work. JC

BTW, only one cup of coffee today! JC
-
J, I'm not sure yet I think I would be hanging close to the Indiana/Illinois state line. JC

If I do ride up there I will change my signature to Banzai BadAss JC

I walked through most of my weight loss. I started with a mile then 2 3 and 4 miles. When I got to 4 miles I stayed at that distance and added speed. I waited until I was down to 225 before I started jogging. I also started taking a glucosamine/chondroitin chewable from GNC to help out with the joints. JC

D, Way to go! That's a good solid ride. I know, it's 1:45 am and I am wide awke. This should not happen tomorrow. I hope. JC

Thanks Chrispy, I'm trying. I am going to do my best to shutdown early tonight, but I am kinda excited. I received the underground railroad map set today. It looks like I can get to Evansville Indiana from that trail and maybe ride up 41 to three oaks Mi. to get to the Apple Cider Century Ride. JC -
Yes, I can get to Evansville using the underground railroad bike trail.

J, I told you I needed babysiters! LOL HP, do you of a Bicycle friendly route from the Evansville area to Michigan City? Ok, not much to brag about, but I jogged 1.5 miles and walked the last 1/2 mile. It's a start. JC

I really have been tagging the coffee pot trying to cope with the lack of solids. I will do my best to stop it. Guess I have to find some other coping mechanism. Going jogging tonight weather permitting. Maybe that will help. JC

Hey J, you're a Genius!! Could it really be the twenty cups of coffee a day drinking pattern I have fallen into, that is keeping me up all night?? I had not considered how much coffee I was drinking until your comment last night, so I started counting today. WOW! JC
