Exactly!! Its just a tool! I have been strict Monday-Friday! On the weekend I allow a a treat!! It seems to be working . I still could never EVER pig out like before. But, because I can just about eat anything I have to keep my inner beast at bay!! Lol!! Its a great Tool -
Monday I went to my dietician and was at a stall. I was reinforced to increase my proteins and not skip meals 5-6 small ones a day and at least 64 oz of H20 It worked.. I am down 2.5 lbs today!

Well... I just read in another conversation that consuming more calories could aid in weight loss! A certain person said that when taking in 500 calories the weight loss was nothing but, when increased intake to 1000 cal+ they had more of a weight loss. This week I went to Dietician and I was at a stall they recommended to eat more protein and not skip meals. So I did... since Monday I am down 2.5 lbs!! -

I am scared of that!! Sometimes when I eat it seems like I could eat more, but I get scared and stop! I know what it feels like when I do eat too much and its awful!! They told it can take up 20 minutes for your brain to tell you that you are full! -

I was dragging one week post-op! I went back to work 4 weeks post-op. I am a nurse and had restrictions, no lifting over 10lbs or pushing or pulling for 6 weeks. I guess If I had a desk job, I would of been ok by week 2. Good luck with your surgery!! Its worth it ... I had mine Jan 8! Its changed my life for the good:)

Well.. I have been taking Miralax once daily for a few weeks and I am very regular now!
