    Fluid drinking after surgery.

I had a HUGE problem with this at first too. I honesty started to eat so often, that I tried following the guidelines and it's true, you really do stay full longer.

    How to say no

I tend to drink a warm cup of chicken broth. 5 calories per bullion cube, and it tides me over for a bit. If I'm still hungry an hour later, I eat something. I stalled for a bit because I started grazing a lot.

    chips

Don't do it. They have no nutritional value and they are a slider. A waste of calories.

    Fluid drinking after surgery.

No drinking 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after That's what I follow.
  6. Cottage cheese was my lifesaver. Try some baby food for more flavor

    Vitamin Dilemma!

These are mine. Took me a while to find something I tolerate and these taste kind of bad. But something is better than nothing. I did take gummies at one point as well as I thought the chewables were disgusting. But these are small and more bearable.

    Please provide me with advice

This is what I take. It's smaller than an altoid and tastes like butt. You can chew it up and knock it back with a small sip of water. It's helping me get my vitamin levels back up.

An egg and a chicken sausage is way too much food for so early out. Embrace your sleeve, and really enjoy the smaller portions that you have now. My Breakfast is always 1 whole egg and a pinch of cheese. 100 calories. I'm 10 months out.

    What about salad?

Give them a small nibble, chew chew chew, and wait for a reaction. My first salad, I ate a lot of lettuce. It freaked me out, but veggies chewed up really well take up less space than other foods.

    Depo shot

Pre sleeve, depo helped me put on 74 pounds. I'm birth control free and use condoms now after the sleeve.

    What about salad?

Too much food making me angry

When eating out, I always split a plate with another person. I hate having left overs
  18. Mines about half that, but every day. It's finally growing back, I'm almost 10 months

Are you more hungry around time of cycle?

I never get hungry before my period, but during ovulation. Crazy, right? I crave junk but try to make small better choices. Compared to eating a quart of ice cream preop, I now have a small spoonful and that's that. I don't deprive, I'm all about portion control And I agree, I just magically dropped 4 pounds. Being a woman has it's perks lol

    Giving Up

Everyone has stalls. You're too early out to think that you failed. I stalled for 4-6 weeks at one point. And yes, I also thought I was a sleeve failure. You're doing everything right, give it some time and be patient. Talk to your NUT if you have concerns about your food, you should also try writing down what you're eating. You'd be surprised how those little meals can add up. Chin up and hang in there!

    1 oz every 15 mins?

Right after surgery, I was lucky if I could get more than 3 sips in at a time. Follow what your surgeon said but be careful and don't push

    Sleevers over 300lbs?

Any 300+ sleevers a year out? Just wondering what I'm looking at by the year mark. Today marks 9 months since my life changed

Pain? On a scale from one to ten?

Day 1 sucked. And so did day 2. I'd rate it at... 4-5 out of 10. I've never had children, and this is my first surgery.
