How Do You Know When You're Full

Cottage cheese went down great, I am now soooo full. Like I feel extra full. Once again dinner is skipped : ( oh well. I'm trying my protein with a half a banana tomorrow. Maybe I'll walk to the store and buy different protein? Lol who knows.

How Do You Know When You're Full

Yeah, I'm not full at all. Well, overly so. Well, now I'm full. I feel as though my hunger is returning. As the days to by i am feeling it more. This sucks. Maybe I should stay away from cottage cheese. Seems like a slider

  16. Hi all, I was just sleeve Monday 11/26. I am 4 days post op and am looking for any advice you can give me. I get so full so easily. I was looking forward to soft queso fresco for lunch that I cut off an oz and left the cheese on the counter CONVINCED I would need to cut off more. I got a little under half way through and even that was pushing it. I am ridiculously full still and I ate this over an hour ago. : ( I love cheese but : ) restriction. Any advice on how to survive the first few weeks? I am on soft foods and am drinking optimum nutrition 100% soy Protein. My dad is concerned that I am not eating much, he is the one who bought the cheese specifically to encourage me to eat more. Any advice for Water intake? I can get in about 20 oz and 6 oz protein in a day. And any advice for walking? I am perhaps lazy but I just do laps in my house and get tired so fast. And I break a sweat so fast as well. Thanks for the help!!!!
  17. I know what you mean. If I hadn't run into so many problems trying to get time off from work, not that many people would know. Having HR tell me that it's an "elective and unnecessary surgery" prompted me to move past them and go directly to supervisors, managers, and general managers. All of whom petitioned for my time. Otherwise it would have been just close family and like 4 friends. People always hate, it's human nature. So why put yourself out there to receive that? I'll be happy to say I had WLS when I'm at goal. But while I'm still struggling to learn about myself and my new anatomy, I'm on "a diet and exercise"

    Post Op Pain.

Had mine 11/26 I am barely beginning to be able to roll on my side with a pillow underneath. It'll get better
  19. Tell them you ate something bad the night before and have had the runs ever since. That you wanna take it easy so nothing too heavy. If they push you to eat, play with it for a few minutes, then excuse your self and go to the rest room. Hang out there for 5-10 and come back and say you think your stomach is acting up so you'll stick to Gatorade.
  20. I was just about to start a thread for a similar problem. I'm 6 days out and can drink a cup of miso broth no problem. Water is easy too, protein is the only thing that gets stuck
