Ccarter I would find a different doc. If you are mot set on this one. My surgery price with dr. curry included 2 years of follow up with surgeon and NUT. If traveling they have an option to do via video camera on compute or phone.

Kids meal at dickies is too big for me! This is hilarious. (Dickie's is BBQ place my niece and nephew took me). Kids chicken with tiny mashed. Could not eat half. This is great and weird all at same time. Just moved to soft so happy for real food. .

I have hypo as well. I am about 4 weeks out. About 22 lbs. just did physical and now my meds are off. Changing from 125 to 100 mcg. Doc said may or may not effect WLS. Said if i follow program should have not much of an impact. But each person is different.

Hi Jenny don't worry. My husband is treated for anxiety and depression. Treatment is by no means a cure. So no matter what will always suffer a bit. It is very hard to be in these relationships but fully agree with others. He owns it not you! Be happy for yourself and this great opportunity. If you break up them WLS is not the reason. My hubby supports my decision however felt it was not necessary. He did however marry me at a higher weight than today. If you need someone to talk to. Reach out to me. I get all your options and emotions but have faith in you !!!

Because you need food. If you fill up on liquids you cannot eat. Trust me it will make sense soon.

Hi miss Tiffany I feel the same way. Loved Water now I get weird pains. Doc said can last 1-3 months. . I am only on week 4. It has improved but not where I would like. food. My relationship with food has changed. Never thought I would say that. I am in Florida visiting sister. I was a cheap 2 dollar date at Mexican rest. I got a chicken taco. No shell. I watched family gorge on what I used too. Felt a little jealous. Them after about 5 bites no longer .... I love cooking and baking. Big adjustments. We will be fine.

Agree. All normal. I did not worry til the nurses were getting me ready! Lol! I honestly had nothing but excitement. Woke up. Worst feeling at breast bone and thought "what the hell did I just do". Little did I know that the only thing that hurt was hernia and gas! Never had once once of pain from actual surgery. Walk as much as you can as soon as you can. Get Isopure Protein drinks (decent) with many flavors. Good luck !!!!

I lived on sugar free Popsicles and broth not easy but you can do it'.

My doctor has protein hot chocolate !! I have replaced breakfast with this. I then have 1/2 Greek you gut in mid morning and afternoon snack. Then simple things for dinner. Chicken has more protein than any other meat.

Do not worry Michelle!!! You will be ok . Good luck. Day two and three sucked the most !! Day 4 and it will get easier .
