All docs are different. Many times it depends on your overall health. Mine was 3 day prepping liquid diet some are 30. I would not worry. Your doc doing based off their history. Good luck everyone !

Oddly star I have had this when constipated! I can drink but no food. When I eat it feels like a lump or like I have eaten too much with one bite .

Hi Shelley. I think all if us get what you are saying. We all have gone through life not stopping or eating the wrong stuff. But YOU are strong enough to get through this. Your body does remember those feelings of glory we momentarily get from our favs! I agree I will never stay away forever but need to ensure my head will let me stop! Make the change tonight. You are ok. If its there in the house get rid of it. Start over today! Good luck

Remember first few days are worst. By day 5 you will progressively start feeling better. You must get your liquids in! I thought I was hungry too but finding most of the time it is I'm my head or tooth acid in stomach. Hang in there. I am 6 weeks out and down almost 30lbs but not ravenous like I used to be. Still get hungry. Still have cravings. It will all be ok

You will do great! Remember days 1-4 are worst. Day 5 elation will set in. Walk girl! And drink. Drinking is hard but get it in. You will feel better and recover quicker !!

I just went I. Trip and took protein bars with me. Struggled with food horribly. Stomach was very displeased with food . I was 4 weeks and just started soft. Happy to be home and in routine again !!

Hoping for this next winter also! Calves are huge! Congrats!

My doc allows! Had me on aleve after surgery so i could take fewer and smaller pills. Helped with swelling internally for hernia repair also!

Hi. I have desk Jo. So only off a week. Did part tome second week and been back full time since. It is hard to determine. Some folks here say off a few days and others 6 weeks (by choice). Good luck !

All normal! I thought day 2 and 3 were worst. Walk. Walk walk and try really hard to get your fluids. Keep us updated but a week from now you will think it is much easier.
