What the F? Im 4 days out. 4 days! And Im starting to look like Ben Affleck at the Oscars! I've got a serious beard/ mustache going on! I look like my brothers when the Wings are in the play offs! It's not going to matter how skinny I am if I turn into a bald woman with a full on assault face muff! Is this normal? (Lol! It's kind of a funny "is this normal" ummm the answer is NO!) but does this happen frequently?

I just let some woman at a salon abuse me with hot wax. We'll see how long it takes me to grow into a Chia Pet from here. I have to break it to my doctor that I fled the country to have surgery, and now expect her to do my follow up care, don't want to throw too much at her at once.

I couldn't reach anyone by phone in this practice/ group.... I got the same full voice mail. They did respond very quickly to e-mails though.

I should also note I would go again in a heartbeat. It was worth it. But the one thing that bothered me is I didn't get a wash cloth. Not one the whole time I was there, and I asked. Maybe they don't have wash cloths in Mexico, O

I just got back yesterday my sleeve was done Thursday by Dr. Garcia and I have to agree 100% with the description given by Not telling. I don't view it as complaining and I don't think she/he was looking for commentary that starts out with "we'll if you wanted...... " and ends with "then you should have.....," I think it's important to note the plain facts here and that what was done. I have to say I didn't notice the pee thing (which of course makes me worry its now draining into some unknown location inside my body) all I can say is Im very happy to be back in the states and Im very VERY thankful for our Nurses back home. The Nurses there weren't awful, one (her name was Sam) was very good, they just weren't attentive. They were loud and played music loud while they were cleaning and often were just nowhere to be found.... But they weren't rude or terrible.

I next after you! Hope everyone's feeling ok! Everyone here is so nice. I feel pretty calm. Wonder if they slipped something in my IV.

That's still 20 pounds! And it's not coming back... I am currently at your pre weight. (Surgery tomorrow) and I think of all the times I've lost weight before and how good I felt and of course inevitably, how defeated I felt as the pounds crept back on.... Those numbers on that scale and in your closet are just going to keep getting smaller and smaller! Be proud. If your doctor complains about that, poke him in the eye!

I'm doing this tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.... I'm a tough girl but I don't travel well... Will miss my motion sickness medication tomorrow... I also have a headache from not eating for the last 3 days so we'll see.

I am the same way! My flight is at 6am tomorrow.... I have been worried all week!! I keep thinking Im going to fall and break a hip or something else crazy! The important thing is you are on your way! I will be there tomorrow morning barring any catastrophic events....

I'm so excited!!!! Come see me when you get all your tests done Friday incase they kick me out to the hotel before you come back Saturday for your surgery. I will be the OTHER fat white girl ????. It will probably be a more accurate description of what I will look like blasted out on post surgery pain meds.....half hanging out of a sexy surgery gown. (Note to self... Pack house coat) You are going to do great! You deserve this and your beautiful babies will reap the life long benefits of a healthy happy mama! Prioritize you and your little chicks will line up and do the same. PS... I'm writing letters to my herd too.

I just had a big ol bottle of Magnesium Citrate..... I'm fricken hungry! My last meal was a bagel. A BAGEL!!! I can't believe Im gonna go out like that! That's got to be a record for the worst food funeral in history.
