I only lost 3.8 lbs in July

I'm a slow looser and is fine with me as I am only 6 lbs to my goal weight! After the first 4 months I have been averaging a weight loss of 3.4 - 4 lbs a month for the last 5 months. Remember it's a marathon not a sprint, you will get there! -

If you eat to much you can throw up! This has happened to me twice.

I paid $1,000 fee plus my deductable and copays. The extra money was worth it for the wonderful service and followup I got. I ended up paying about $2,200 out of pocket.

I drink up to about 15 minutes before a meal. I have to wait at least an hour or more to drink again, I just feel to full to drink any sooner. -

One of my best was when my friend told me that even my shoulders are skinny. I've had a few you've lost so much weight now you need to stop. This was from someone who weighted about 100lbs. -
I have MI BCBS and I had to do the 6 months of Drs visits, I'm not sure they would count 6 months of NUTS visits, I would check on that. Was quickly approved after that.

I am 8 months out and I eat about 1100 calories, 80-100 protein, 6-100 carbs a day. I seem to lose about a 1 lb a week. -
My hair loss started about 3 months out and I am now 8 months out and I am still lossing. I eat between 80-100 protein a day. I have been taking biotin since before the surgury. While I think I do see a little new growth my hair is still coming out. When will this stop!

I went to Sun Coast Bariatrics, Dr Jessee and Dr Ache. They are wonderful. They are in St Petersburg just over the Howard Franklin. -

Does it have senna in it? If it does don't drink much of it as you will get cramps and very loose stools. -

I am 63 and was sleeved in January. I have lost almost 70lbs so far. I have not had any problems. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself! Good luck to you
