loseitsoon replied to NewSetOfCurves's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
I also weigh every Tuesday and for the first year I also recorded my measurements as well. Now that I'm a year out and at goal I am still weighing on Tuesdays but only posting the measurements monthly. I hope this will keep me on track. -

I'm 63 at goal lots of loose skin, no amount of exercising is going to get rid of. Getting a tummy tuck this spring!
-
I also have gotten rid of 4 sizes of clothes. Yesterday while cleaning out my drawers I found a bunch of granny panties and big nighties. I don't know why I was hanging on to these?? But they are leaving the house in the morning. I think I'll go get some more sexy ones for my upcoming 40th anniversary trip. Make my hubby one happy man!

Hair loss. Canvassing for Dates when it started/finished
loseitsoon replied to Madam Reverie's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have fine, thin hair it started falling out around month 4 and stopped about month 11 when I upped my calories from 800 to 1,100-1,200 a day. I started taking Biotin before my sleeve and have always gotten my Protein in. It's coming in curlier than before, I don't think it will ever be what it was before the sleeve. I think that's a small price to pay for being thin and healthy! -

New to reconstructive surgery please help me
loseitsoon replied to zeroette's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I would go get a few consults with plastic surgeons, they are usually free. They can give you some kind of idea what would be best for you also if your insurance would pay for some of it. Good luck to you. -
First plastics consult with DR Harris @ PSSC
loseitsoon replied to Fiddleman's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I plan on having my tummy tuck the end of May in MI. I have two friends who have had TT and one has pucker on her back side. It doesn't look good, my doctor said it was shabby work from a lazy doctor. My other friends incisions are very uneven in the back. On side is much high than the other. I am working with my doctor so these don't happen to me. Good luck with your TT. -
