This can't be right in five weeks 6 on Monday and i can only eat 10 of these chick peas without feeling sick to my stomach. Anyone at my time having a problem with solids ? I can drink anything just fine but foods not so much.

Does anyone else have this problem, where you sleep like crap because you are worried about not losing when you step in the scale in the morning ? Man is this what my life has come to? Any-who, I am sure this too will pass as I get farther along. I turned one month yesterday (I almost feel like I am talking about pregnancy) except in this case I gave birth to a stomach that I named lucifer. Ok going to try to go to sleep now.

Hello, just trying to see if any of my fellow sleevers also use horomone replacements? If so did your weight go up and down, was it harder for you to lose and maintain your weight? Thanks, Me

I am the same way, in the morning I cannot eat anything of substance I can only tolerate shakes or liquids. It's funny around 8pm my sleeve (lucifer) lets me eat more mushy stuff.

Bmi of 30 and I lost 16 tomorrow will be one month.

I am 168 and wear size 15/16. Additionally I find that jeans that are labeled curvy fit me perfect. I know Aeropostale sells curvy only online and I think they go to a 17/18. I also got some curvy jeans at Kohls. Try them jeans that have curvy on their label and u will see they fit so much better.

Ok tomorrow I will be one month sleeved, but are having problems eating food. For example today I ate some scrambles eggs for Breakfast and by the time i walked into target I was running to the bathroom to throw it all up. So I walked around the store with my sis and than had to go to the bathroom very loose stools. On the way back I passed Starbucks and bought a piece of pumpkin bread, and I was able to eat it just fine. So my question would be what the heck do I do? I keep all liquids down but are having a heavy feeling of nausea.

I hate hate my scale. It always goes back to 170lbs. Than it will randomly throw out a 168 and the next day 170. I hate 170. Ok done venting

Anyone else still feel like crap and have no energy. I am able to drink some but other than that nothing. So just seeing if I am in this boat alone :/
