I recently had VSG surgery for two reasons...one to live a healthier life and sencondly to ****** my life back from FOOD! I researched the surgery for almost 5 years before making the decision. I am just about 1 month out and I feel good but still going through the changes to work out the kinks. I really wish I would have taken the nutritionist serious when she told me it would be a lifestyle change because its not just an adjustment to your eating but how you will eat for the rest of your life. It was like going cold turkey from fast food straight to salads and baked chicken! I'm still adjusting but loving the NEW me!!!
