I don't go see the doctor until 12/27 & i want to know how many calories are you guys intaking. And what about your carbs. I only lost .2 pounds today. I'm around 800_1000 and carbs are over 60 I was sleeved 12/5

Ok, i drop it down to 800 i try to easy more in the morning and afternoon and lite at night. I know my carbs are high but i dont know how to lower them -
I was the same way. I told a select few those that i knew would be happy for me. One friend tho i had to check because people try to say well i lost weight and i didn't have surgery I'm like ya but for how long and i told her most people want to and feel jelous that they can't

I have pcos and was sleeved 12/5 i have only lost 15 pounds and compared to other people that is really low. My son tells me not to compare my self but hell i can't help it! I'm just wondering if I'm losing slow because of my pcos. Is there anybody like this.....
