Thank you so much Joy!!!!! That's exactly what I needed to hear!!!!! I need this to get ME back!!!! & to play with my girls outside without getting winded or tired!!!! Not to mention to add many more healthy years to my life!!!!! How are you feeling 5 days post op??? Any concerns??? Any advice you can share??? -

Hope you all have a smooth surgery & speedy recovery!!!! I'm right behind you!!!! 12/24 is my date -
I'm also a December sleever.. I was supposed to be scheduled for the 19th, but I'm still waiting on Medicaid approval.. Unfortunately it might be pushed back, but still confident that it will be done this month!!

I have to admit that being on journey has really made me realize how in control my mind was of my stomach.. Especially feeling like I HAD TO eat every time I opened the fridge!! Yesterday I thought I would die without eating, and today I'm feeling way more confident!! 3-4 protein shakes a day, chicken broth, jello, and lots of water!!!! I CAN DO THIS!!! Just felt like sharing!!!! Thanks for reading guys!!!! -V

Mine is December 19th too!!!! We should definitely keep in contact!!!! I started the Pre-op liquid diet yesterday.. I'm doing pretty good so far!!!! Keeping focused!!!! -
