1 year post op today. Down -105lbs. I'm currently hovering around 160lbs. I was able to get down to 155lbs, but it was hard to maintain. I'd like to lose another 10-15lbs....but we'll see.

11 months post op. I flew to NC last week to meet a guy I met on VST...lol. Best mini vacation EVER.

I'm down a total of -103lbs and I think I'm ready to enter into the maintenance phase. Over all I'm happy with my weight and where I'm at. I'm excited to start the plastic surgery process and be bikini ready by next summer.

I'm down 110lbs in less than 8 months. No regrets.

Sounds like things are moving right along for you! Exciting! I think I got my sleep study results 5 days later. Good luck!
