I'm 4 mo out and I've had a horrible headache for a week straight and nothing is helping it starts in the back and moves to right above my eyes...anyone else experience this

I've had achy legs for a long time but they usually only last for a few minutes but lately they last longer and today has been bad ...I didn't know if its because I haven't got all of my protein or water in the last few days..

I'm 7 weeks out and I've hit a stall again. I've been the same for 2 weeks any suggestions on how to break this stupid stall? I have lost 31 lbs so far but its taken me a month to lose 8-10 lbs ..I'm getting really discouraged
